General Information

MEMBERSHIP: Family Memberships include only the adults named on the membership
certificate and their children living at home, age 25 or younger. An additional fee of $20.00 a month may be added to your dues for children over the age of 25 living at home, or $30.00 a month for other adults who are living in your home (i.e., grandparents, an au pair or exchange student).

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied at all times by a parent, responsible adult, or designated caregiver (14 or over) who is responsible for the acts and safety of the child. Children may eat in the Clubhouse only if seated at a table. Children must be well behaved and respectful at all times.

BICYCLES: NO bicycles, tricycles, roller blades, or skateboards may be ridden on the premises. Bicycles are to be parked (and locked) in the rack upon arrival at the Club.

NON-MEMBERS: Tennis and swim lessons are available to non-members, although
members always have priority. The use of the pool, spa or courts before or after lessons is prohibited.

VALUABLES: The Club is not responsible for money or valuables of members and guests.

LOST & FOUND: All lost articles will be deposited in the pool area Lost and Found,
kept three weeks, and then donated to a charitable organization.

PETS: Pets are not allowed on the premises.

LITTER: Deposit all garbage in trashcans provided. Please use the blue cans for recyclable materials.

BILLING: Dues are billed monthly in advance. All guest fees are charged to Club accounts. Fees for tournaments, social functions, lessons, swim team, etc. are also charged to Club accounts. Payment is due upon receipt of the monthly statement and is past due after the 25th. A service charge will be assessed to overdue accounts.

EVENT CHARGES: Members signed up for an event (party, tennis tournament, dinner, etc.) at the posted deadline will be expected to participate and will be charged accordingly.

ATTIRE: All members and guests must be clothed, dry, and wearing shoes to enter the Clubhouse.

VIOLATIONS: It is the responsibility of the membership to report rule violations to the management.
