Start your day off right! Join in the fun while strengthening and toning your body during this shallow-water weights class. Drop-ins are welcome.
Swimmers will enjoy highly skilled and individual instruction to help them learn or improve stroke technique and build fitness. Focus will be on the four main swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke). All ability levels welcome.
