The Sea Serpents compete within the Marin Summer League. Practices begin February 25th, and the first swim meet is on April 27th (Time Trials). The season ends with the MSL all team Champs swim meet on June 29th. All swimmers should plan to attend Champs! (Please talk with Coach Gadi if you will not be able to attend.) Visit the Sea Serpents website to view the full calendar and/or for more information on the groups listed below.
During the regular school year, swim team practice times are as follows:
Scott Valley is a private swim & tennis club. The Scott Valley Sea Serpents is the club’s age group summer league swim team. The swim team is limited to roughly 200 swimmers.
Participation on the team is tiered with first priority going to members of Scott Valley Club, second priority going to returning non-members from the previous season, and third priority going to new non-members.
The cost to join the swim team is $450.00 for members and $600.00 for non-members. There is a $100 sibling discount for the second and third siblings joining together. As part of participating in the 2019 Serpent Community, all swim team families must fulfill volunteer shifts at swim meets and/or team social events.
We do require that all new swimmers be evaluated. Contact Coach Gadi Shamah to schedule an evaluation at email@example.com or 415-383-3483.
Refund Policy: If your child decides to leave the team for any reason, a refund is available if notice is given by email to Coach Gadi no later than March 11, 2019.
