It is highly recommended to re-string your racket twice a year, if you play more than twice a week, once a year if you play once a week or less!
A new grip often makes it feel like having a new racket and gives you a new excitement and appreciation of your racket. You can choose between an over grip which is more temporary and cheaper but does not last as long and actually builds up the grip, or a cushioned replacement grip which last quite a bit longer and keeps the grip to its true size.
Helle will string your racket in less than 72 hours. If you need a loaner in the meantime she has plenty of rackets for you to choose from.
