I have been a Fitness Coach at Scott Valley Club for 12 years. I am so pleased to be a part of this club and able to work with our members. It's an amazing, positive place to apply my skills and contribute to the overall fitness growth of our Scott Valley community. I have experience working with clients of all ages and diverse athletic backgrounds. I love assisting clients who would like to achieve and maintain their personal athletic goals or those looking to recover from an injury…But most importantly, we have a lot of fun while doing it! If you are interested in being at your best, I'm here and ready to help!

Molly Grant
OnBoardSUP Fitness Instructor

Molly was born and raised in the Detroit area of Michigan. She was first introduced to yoga in Park City, Utah and was completely intrigued. Eventually, she settled on studying the 26 postures of Bikram yoga, earning her 200 hour certification. Throughout the years, she extended her training with pre-natal yoga, Vinyasa flow and little bit of bar method to boot! Molly has practiced and/or taught in Detroit, Chicago, Denver and in the Bay Area. Most-recently, when not teaching in-studio, she’s taken to the waters and can be found afloat, teaching with OnBoard SUP Yoga in Richardson Bay and at Scott Valley.

Leigh Claxton
OnBoardSUP Fitness Instructor

Leigh started teaching floating yoga classes in Sausalito, CA as OnBoardSUP in the summer of 2009. She teaches Yoga, Pilates and Fitness Interval classes both on land and afloat. With a 20+ year background in fitness and yoga, 24 years in outdoor leadership and a childhood spent on the water in San Diego, she generously shares her breadth of knowledge to all her students with a kind heart and pioneering spirit.
